Rates for Psychotherapy and Nutrition Therapy:
Consultation(In office or phone) 30minutes: Complimentary no charge.
Initial Assessment: $150.00 per 80 minute session.
Follow Up sessions:$105.00 per 50-minute session.
Family Sessions:$150.00 per 80 minute session.
Group Sessions:$60 per 80 minute group.
Insurance:
I am an in-network provider with Aetna and CIGNA .
I work as an out of network provider with members of BC/BS, United and other insurance companies. As an out of network provider, I accept payment at the time of the session and then provide assistance in submitting claims so that members promptly and directly receive reimbursement from their insurance companies.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

- What is my co-pay/coinsurance?(For Aetna and CIGNA only)
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
- Do I need to have visits preauthorized before I start sessions?
Payment:
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy:
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
